George Haddix
Chairman and CEO
George Haddix was previously Founder and President of CSG Systems Inc., a $600 million software and services company. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of U.S. West Network Systems Inc. and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Applied Communications Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of InfoUSA. Dr. Haddix has a Ph.D. in mathematics from Iowa State University.

Tim Kennedy
President and COO
Tim Kennedy has over 30 years of experience in information technology, including management positions with Burroughs, Chase IDC, and Bank of America Business Services. Prior to joining PKWARE, Mr. Kennedy was the Founder and CEO of WorkPoint Systems, a leader in the market for enterprise workflow software, and BankPro Systems, which developed WireNet, an electronic funds transfer system used by several hundred financial institutions throughout the world. Mr. Kennedy has an MBA from Michigan State University.

Timothy J. Kohler
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Timothy Kohler was formerly with KPMG, both in U.S. and International offices, where he worked in Assurance Services. His responsibilities included corporate audits, consulting services, and working as a national instructor for the firm. Mr. Kohler graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Business Administration.

Joe Sturonas
Chief Technology Officer
Joe Sturonas was previously CTO of Premonition Software, a company focused on artificial intelligence software for decision making in complex environments. Prior to that, he was CTO of Spirian Technologies where he was responsible for technology strategy. He was also a founding member of OneNetPlus.com, an Internet-centric Management Service Provider. Mr. Sturonas holds a MS degree in Computer Science from DePaul University.

Jim Peterson
Chief Scientist
Jim Peterson has been developing commercial software products for over 20 years.  Since joining PKWARE in 1994, he has held various leadership roles in product development. He continues to drive the evolution of .ZIP technology, focusing on ensuring the ZIP format remains a secure and interoperable standard.  Prior to joining PKWARE, Mr. Peterson held engineering roles at several companies where he was responsible for designing and developing healthcare management, warehouse automation, and financial accounting applications.

Dick Cotter
Sr. VP of Sales
Dick Cotter has over 30 years of sales management experience and a proven track record of orchestrating profitable revenue growth in the information technology industry.  Mr. Cotter has held senior management positions with organizations such as Platinum Technology, J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Computer Associates.

Todd McLees
Vice President, International Sales
Todd McLees has over 15 years of experience with various organizations in global enterprise software and information technology services. He joined PKWARE in 2002 and has held a variety of management positions including Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Marketing. Mr. McLees has an MBA from Hamilton.

Barry A. Goss
Managing Director, South America & APAC Regions
Barry Goss has over 30 years of experience in software sales, marketing, business development, and engineering. Dr. Goss has held senior management positions with Persistence Software, Oracle, Verity, and CAE Systems/Tektronix.  Dr. Goss received a Ph.D. and MS degree in Applied Mechanics from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Engineering Science from SUNY at Stony Brook.

Ross Harmsen
Vice President, North American Sales
Ross Harmsen has over 15 years of experience in professional services and information technology, including management positions with NCR and Arthur Andersen.  Prior to joining PKWARE, he was Principal and COO of IHS, Inc., a leader in data management and analytics within the healthcare and life sciences industries. Mr. Harmsen holds a BS degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Jeff Cherrington
Vice President, Product Management
Jeff Cherrington was Vice President at Bank One, focusing on data security aspects, strategic outsourcing relationships, and multi-million dollar contract negotiation for the bank’s highly profitable credit card division.  In previous positions, he was the Director of Product Management & Consulting Services for WorkPoint, Inc., a leader in the market for enterprise workflow software, and worked with top US and international financial institutions in a variety of positions while at First Data Corporation.  Mr. Cherrington has an Executive MBA degree from the University of Nebraska.

Steve Laubenstein
Vice President, Marketing
Steve Laubenstein has over 20 years of experience in computer hardware and software technologies in senior management capacities.  Prior to joining PKWARE, he held Vice President and Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing roles with companies like Symantec, Internet Security Systems, Aladdin Knowledge Systems, 14 South Networks, and was President of Lakeside Marketing Inc.
